Mr. Milanovic is a development economist/financial expert with more than 15 year of experience in MSME finance. He is an expert in structuring financial instruments including bank on-lending facilities, SME lending facilities, micro-lending instruments and credit guarantee schemes in economies in transition and crises areas. Mr. Vladimir Skoric Business Development Analyst

With his excellent communication and sales management skills, Mr. Skoric, joined the SBPI team in June 2006, as a key component in SBPI’s ability to grow and to continue to cater to small and medium size businesses in the areas of Commercial, Sales and Marketing.
As such, Mr. Skoric was an Account Manager for the Billiards Training Company's business development efforts to unveil billiards aiming device in the markets of United States, Canada and South and East Asia.

Mr. Skoric's association with SBPI begun in 2005 when Mr. Skoric joined the team to conduct research and market analysis for SBPI projects in Vietnam and in the Balkans region, including Serbia and Montenegro.
Mr. Vladimir Skoric's professional career as a banker with Washington Mutual Bank in California was what began his extensive interest in business and finances. Prior positions were held with Farmers Insurance, Abercombie & Fitch.

Mr. Skoric continues his pursuit of higher education with a BA degree at the American University in Washington D.C. Vladimir posses a broad interest in history and politics and he enjoys learning about new cultures. With his interest in political campaign management, Mr. Skoric prepared a campaign management strategy for the Senator Susanne Collins of Maine, and currently manages presidential campaign Students for Barak Obama in the American University.
In the summer of 2005, Skoric went on a study-abroad program that journeyed through Austria, Germany and Italy. He recognized that traveling helped him develop a finer respect for both politics and business.
