Mr. Jorgen Lie’s professional background encompasses more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing management, industrial facilities planning, project management and consultation. A seasoned manager, Mr. Lie’s has performed turnarounds of many small and medium size forestry companies including logging and wood manufacturing all around the world. During the last several years, Mr. Lie’s experience has come handy in representing financial institutions to perform appraisals and evaluations of forestry company’s investments programs, per unit product costing and evaluation of business models and market and business risks associated with the operations. Forestry-specific expertise includes design of industrial manufacturing facilities, budget preparation and administration, scheduling, evaluation and selection of suppliers and contractors, staff selection and supervision, and client relations. With his keen judgment and ability to identify local talent on the ground, Mr. Lie brings a wonderful addition to any investment team. Mr. Lie’s previous experience comprise Jaakko Pöyry Consulting, International Finance Corporation, Weyerhaeuser Company and Heilborn Engineering. |
